If you were to purchase a plan from Aura in Aberystwyth, we would immediately provide your nominated representative (a person close to you who can oversee your affairs) with a leaflet explaining what they need to do once you pass away in order to activate your plan. If you have decided that you would like to have a fully unattended cremation ceremony, then we will support your special person with the legal paperwork and admin associated with the funeral. Or, if you've opted for an attended ceremony, we will then work with them in order to arrange a ceremony, taking into account as many of the personal touches as we can.
