Thankfully, our funeral plans are flexible, meaning that you can easily react to the sudden twists and turns of life. We won't penalise you with additional fees in either case, and you'll only need to pay if you're making an upgrade to an existing plan, such as by changing an unattended ceremony to a service with guests. If you do need a refund for any reason at all, please inform us and we can sort one for you without fuss. It's completely understandable to feel like you are taking a leap of faith when buying a funeral plan; after all, you won't be here to actually oversee it in action. Please don't worry about this: our funeral plans are designed to work seamlessly, from the moment of activation, all the way through to completion. When you opt for one of our plans, you will select a friend or family member to act as your responsible person, who can oversee things and work with us when it's time to put things into action. We provide them with a handy guide that explains all of the steps they need to take; they will tell us that you've passed, and we can then use the money you've already set aside to pay for your funeral. If your funeral will be unattended, we will support them mainly with the legal paperwork, but if there will be guests, we will also help them to arrange the ceremony.
