When purchasing your funeral plan in Ipswich, you’ll pick a close friend or family member as your ‘Nominated Representative’. With Aura, your family will easily be able to be there in person for your funeral. For your attended ceremony, we will help your family to choose either a religious minister or a secular celebrant, who will work with them to design and lead a ceremony personalised around your life and preferences.
Your family will not be left to handle the admin themselves, if that’s not what they want. Our dedicated team of Angels are there to make sure that all of the legal documents and necessary certificates are obtained in a timely fashion.
Once we are notified by your ‘Nominated Representative’ that it’s time to activate your plan, we will spring into action and work to move as quickly as we can. Please remember that every funeral is unique, which makes it difficult to provide an accurate estimate at the outset. Your family will always receive regular updates as to our progress.
