In buying a plan, you'll pick a person close to you (whether a relative or friend) to be your responsible person. We'll make sure they're given a helpful document that explains all of the steps that they need to take when it comes time. They'll call to tell us that we need to activate your plan, at which point the money you've already paid will be accessed in order to pay for your funeral. We'll work together with your responsible person, supporting them in the organisation of your service. If you are not going to have any guests at your cremation, we will assist them in completing the legal paperwork, but if you would like attendees, we'll also help them put together the funeral itself.
